Our quaint little community of Wynndel, British Columbia, is having an ‘O Canada’ celebration on the weekend of June 29th, 30th and July 1st  We gratefully acknowledge the financial support of the Province of British Columbia for this event and with this support we will be showcasing the works of two prominent Canadian Artists, local artists, artist demos, an artisan market and other activities such as a petting zoo for the children. This beautiful country has inspired us all to come together through these many different activities so come out and join us in Wynndel, known as the "strawberry capital of the world" by 1912.
The show then moves to  The Ingham Art and Culture Centre in Creston on July the 2nd - July 6th.

Luanne's Story Telling

12pm - 3pm
Stories for young and old. Luanne Armstrong is a well published author and a master storyteller. She will be at the Wynndel Hall on Sunday afternoon, June 30th, from 2 – 5 pm to tell stories about anything you want to know about. She will tell stories about the earliest settlers in the Creston valley, stories about ghosts, about lost mines and other mysteries, and she will even make up a story just for you, and it will probably be true!

Come, sit in a comfy chair with a cup of tea and a cookie and listen to a story or two.
